Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Box Office Live website (box-office.live and its subdomains), its customer area, and the Box Office Live demonstrations we set up for venues considering the platform. By using them you agree to these terms. "Box Office Live", "we" and "us" mean the business offering the Box Office Live platform.

Customers

If your organization has signed an agreement with Box Office Live, that agreement governs the platform, support and fees. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Demonstrations

A demonstration is provided so your organization can evaluate Box Office Live. It runs on sample data; seat maps, prices and branding in it are approximations prepared from public information and are not an offer or a quote. A demonstration sends no messages and takes no real payments. Please do not enter real payment card details or other people's personal information. We may change, reset or retire a demonstration at any time. Access is limited to the people we invite; please do not share it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the website or a demonstration, or use them to break the law.

Content and ownership

The Box Office Live software, website and materials belong to us and our licensors. You may share the public pages and use the materials we give you to evaluate Box Office Live within your organization. Logos, names and images of venues shown in a demonstration belong to their owners.

No warranty

The website and demonstrations are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Information on the website, including pricing, is illustrative and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Box Office Live is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a demonstration.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: privacy@box-office.live.
